Our Genuine products are sourced from overseas suppliers and are parallel/grey imports, therefore are not warranted by dealers in Australia.

Shipping/ Deliveries Policy

All orders will be delivered by Express Post through Australia Post.  Delivery Times will be determined by Australia Post’s delivery time frames on Express Post packages.  The product is delivered within 2-3 days of the time that the order is paid.

Delivery charges will be paid to Alchin Security Locksmiths at the time the order is paid.

Under 500g  $13.20,    under 3kg $16.50,     under 5kg $22.00

Other methods of delivery are available upon request.  Contact the office on 08 8283 3332 to make alternative arrangements for delivery.

Returns and Exchange Policy

All returns will be subject to a handling charge.  Late return charges will be applicable as follows:

  • Return within 14 days – full credit

  • Return within 15-30 days – 15% reduction

  • Return after 30 days – non refundable

The following goods cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances:

  • Merchandise specifically made or programmed for the Applicant

  • Goods, damaged or altered in any way by the Applicant

Freight on returns must be prepaid. Freight forward will not be accepted.

Freight and delivery fees are not eligible for credit.

Acceptance of delivery of goods returned for credit does not signify agreement to issue a credit note.  A credit note will only be issued after the goods have been inspected and found satisfactory in the opinion of ASL. In the event that a credit note is issued, the Applicant will be advised.

If goods are supplied incorrectly by Alchin Security Locksmiths (“ASL”), ASL must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for return authorisation.

Goods must be checked for suitability prior to cutting and/or programming. No claim will be considered for incorrect ordering by the Applicant.

Goods found to be incomplete that are supplied by ASL, must be reported to ASL within 24 hours of delivery.

In the event that there is a major default/defect in the product as per Australian Consumer Law, then there will be a full refund including shipping.

Goods returned in damaged or defaced packaging will not be credited. All returns must be in a re-saleable condition.

Goods returned for credit must be in original packaging.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal and corporate information for the purpose of providing you with ASL’s products and a high level of customer service.

Any communication with us (regardless of mode) is recorded and stored in order to provide service references and ensure compliance with our service standards.
